Field Unit #3 -- is our special services vehicle acquired back in May of 1996 off of Ebay. This unit was purchased from a small fire company in Maryland who used it as a light rescue. We immediately spent many months converting it into a utility rehab vehicle. It is equipped with three (3) two-way radios, fully air conditioned, seats five, 5500 watt electric start generator, four (4) exterior scene lights, spare propane tank, portable canopy, folding tables, additional food supplies, utensils and paper products. It is used to transport members to and from a scene as well as provide additional supplies to our two other canteen type vehicles. When enough members are available it will respond to a scene along with either one or both of our other canteen type vehicles.
